The draft outcome to the upcoming Valletta Summit on Migration has been leaked, and should it be adopted as is today, then an action plan would be built around five policy domains. One of the draft outcomes listed would see agreement to launch measures to counter radicalisation and violent extremism among youth “notably in the sahel and Horn of Africa regions”.
