Former KNPD chairman Joe Camilleri believes the recently proposed hub for people with disability will create an artificial community, rather than promote community living. The hub, announced in the budget, has caused quite a stir, with Parliamentary Secretary for People with Disability Justyne Caruana championing the idea and Mr Camilleri taking a leading role in opposition.
